Parent satisfaction with child health centres for children 0–5 years old in Norway: A cross-sectional study

In Norway, all children are entitled to receive regular health checks. Child centres for 0–5 years old (CHC) provide these check-ups and one of many services that Norwegian municipalities have offer. The aim this study was examine parents’ satisfaction with CHCs, identify predictors the overall evaluation service. sample comprised 1654 parents who visited a CHC their children. A hierarchical multiple regression analysis conducted predict service four user scales (i.e. User participation, Public nurse, Accessibility, Information). STROBE checklist applied. Most users were satisfied (95%) help they received from it (91%). All significant in prediction Users seem be very service, especially public nurse.
